We currently deliver worldwide. For bundles, it takes 1-2 days to be shipped out and for wigs it takes 2-3 days to be shipped out.

Shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Hikky's Hair places a paramount emphasis on customer satisfaction. Should your purchase fail to meet your expectations, we are dedicated to providing prompt assistance. You have the option to return purchased items within 7 days from the date of purchase, with the choice of either an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

If your return is approved, your store credit will automatically be registered under your profile. If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you.
