Hikky's Hair Return Policy – Hassle-Free Returns
At Hikky's Hair, we take great pride in the quality of our wigs and your satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of our products (human hair extensions, wigs, and beauty items), all sales are considered final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we’re committed to addressing them with care and fairness.
1. Returns
We do not accept returns on any hair products once they have been used, altered, worn, brushed, colored, or styled in any way. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- A return request must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- You received a defective or damaged product.
- You received an incorrect item (wrong texture, length, or product type).
To request a refund:
- Send an email to orders@hikkyshair.com with your order number, clear photos or video evidence, and a brief description of the issue.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please ensure you double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:
- Custom-made wigs
- Hair care products
- Sale or discounted items
- Used or tampered items
5. Shipping Errors or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
